Hurtigsøk av dokumenter og e-post i 18 språk

Archivarius 3000 er et system som forstår naturlig tekstsøk på flere språk (Engelsk, Tysk, Spansk, Fransk, og fler). Det gjør det mulig å søke etter dokumenter ved bruk av nøkkelord eller en søkestreng av samme type som brukes i søkemotorer på Internett. Mens søket foregår leter programmet også mot variasjoner av søkeordet.

Støtte for LAN (lokalt nettverk) og flyttbare drev (CD, DVD og andre)

Når Archivarius 3000 indekserer dokumenter og e-post lagrer den metainformasjon om dem. Når du seinere gjør et søk vil du kunne finne dokumentene selv om de ikke er fysisk tilgjenglige og få beskjed om hvilken fysisk disk filen befinner seg på.

Støtten for å sette opp en maskin som ekstern søketjener gjør at du lett kan få tilgang til dokumenter på maskinen fra en annen maskin via en hvilken som helst nettleser (for eksempel Microsoft Internet Explorer). Du vil da kunne søke, få en oversikt over resultat og laste ned eller sende dokumentene du søkte etter via e-post kun ved bruk av en vanlig nettleser om du så skulle befinne deg på jobb eller på en nettkafe.
